Here's what this is really about.

Celina Guerrero started her career getting work for artists. As a booking agent and artist manager at Columbia Artists Management, she spent years building relationships, managing accounts, and generating millions in revenue by helping talented people get in front of the right audiences.

When she made the pivot to consulting, she brought the same instinct with her. The problem hadn't changed. Brilliant people, exceptional work, no system for getting it in front of the right buyers.

The moment that crystallized everything came when she joined a brand new B2B consulting firm as their first hire and National Sales Director. They had great expertise and no idea how to get clients. She built their positioning, their process, their sales team, and their go-to-market infrastructure from scratch — and helped them land their first six-figure contract within six months.

What she learned: it wasn't enough to advise on Business Development. You have to build it inside the firm and stay until it runs. A plan handed over in a document doesn't change how a firm operates. Only the build does.

Before founding Connect & Co, Celina was National Sales Director at Orange Grove Consulting, where she built the firm's entire go-to-market infrastructure from scratch and helped them land their first six-figure contract within six months.

Prior to that, she spent years as a sales executive at Columbia Artists Management, generating over $10 million in revenue managing executive-level relationships across the U.S. She knows what it means to carry a number — not just advise on one.

Her work has been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, the LinkedIn Sales Blog, and Sales Mastery Magazine. She holds a LinkedIn Top Voice designation.

She lives in Los Angeles with her wife, daughter, and Yorkie mix dog, Dax. When she's not working, she's traveling, cooking or in the garden.
